We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability).

3. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed directly on the website or via WhatsApp (Cash on Delivery available). Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (via WhatsApp), online card payment, and other methods displayed at checkout. An automated tracking code is provided immediately after order confirmation for real-time tracking.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (customs, weather, courier delays). Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, redelivery charges may apply.

5. Returns & Refunds

• If a product has technical or manufacturing defects, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
• Returned items must include the original packaging, box, all accessories, and must be free from structural damage or scratches.
• For wrong or damaged items sent by our mistake, we will arrange a fast replacement with zero additional shipping charges.
